Refund Policy

1. Construction Services

Due to the bespoke nature of our masonry construction and architectural services, APEX MASONRY INC does not offer refunds for labor hours or custom materials already expended. Payments for project milestones are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been completed and installed on site.

2. Ongoing Maintenance Services

For clients subscribing to our Maintenance services (e.g., structural inspections, preventative sealing, ongoing restoration), you may cancel your contract at any time with a 30-day written notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. If you prepay for an annual maintenance contract and cancel early, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining full months minus an early termination fee equal to one month's service.

3. Project Cancellations

If a construction project is cancelled by the client prior to completion, the client is responsible for all labor and material costs incurred up to the date of cancellation notice. Any deposits paid in excess of the incurred costs will be refunded within 30 business days. APEX MASONRY will deliver all project documentation and unused materials paid for by the client upon final settlement of outstanding invoices.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a milestone deliverable does not meet the architectural specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. APEX MASONRY commits to rectifying any craftsmanship defects or specification deviations at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for defects; they will be remediated.
